Robert was quick to respond, showed up on time, and was personable while performing the inspection. Most importantly, he was thorough, which resulted in an unexpected discount with insurance because he took the extra time to confirm we had hurricane clips which the previous inspector missed. 10/10
We needed a wind mitigation and 4 point home inspection. We found that RMC inspections had excellent reviews. Our experience was equally positive. Robert was great to work with, very timely, and the report was comprehensive and accurate. Would highly recommend Robert and RMC.
Shopped around prices and this was by far the most transparent pricing and also the most competitive. RMC was very responsive, fast on scheduling and sending the report, and did a good job.
The whole process from setting up the appointment to final reports was excellent. Robert was on point with the communication and timing as was his professionalism and friendly demeanor. I had the reports in my email less than an hour after he was done with the inspections. Added bonus his pricing is well below what I was quoted by 3 others and his service was above what we had when purchasing the house. Sorry we didn't know about him then, but from now on it'll only be RMC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
